Lean Manufacturing Trolley

New project for an Aerospace customer, a bespoke Lean Manufacturing trolley.

Our customer needed to handling long painted parts and we designed two lids to cover the full length of the trolley.

Two lids made from perspex, a transparent and unbreakable material, and the work surface is covered in rubber materials, which protects from scratches and makes it easier to grip.

To optimize your space, we added a second shelf to hold the two lids.
